Job Title: Community Operations Manager - LATAM
Location:
Remote (EST Time Zones)
Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Community Operations Manager to assist in recruiting new members to our community, foster engagement among current members, and manage various tasks related to marketing, content creation, scheduling, and communications. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage digital tools to maintain and enhance community interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Member Recruitment: Assist in recruiting new members and onboarding them into the community.
  • Community Engagement: Develop strategies to increase engagement and foster strong relationships among community members.
  • Content Management: Create, schedule, and manage content for community platforms.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with marketing tasks, including coordinating campaigns and tracking performance.
  • Communication: Manage communication with community members and handle scheduling of meetings or calls.
  • Administrative Support: Oversee operational tasks, ensuring smooth functioning of community activities.

Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication.
  • Experience: Previous experience in community management, marketing, or related fields.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Google applications, Microsoft Office, and online community platforms.
  • Attributes: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience leading online communities.
  • Experience with platforms like Circle and programming tools like Zapier.
  • Background in private equity.
