Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Location: Remote (CST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 1200 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. The role focuses on conducting cold calls to potential homeowners, determining their need for roofing services, and setting up appointments for sales inspections. The ideal candidate will have strong phone skills, a friendly demeanor, and be comfortable with hearing "no" while maintaining a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make high-volume cold calls to homeowners using data provided by the company.
  • Introduce our roofing services and qualify potential customers.
  • Schedule inspections and appointments for the sales team.
  • Answer basic questions about roofing systems and repairs.
  • Track interactions and follow up with interested potential customers.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and phone skills.
  • Comfort with hearing "no" and persistence in setting appointments.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry.
  • Ability to learn quickly about roofing services and products.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Prior experience in cold calling, customer service, or sales.
