  • Handling support tickets;
  • Perform platform monitoring and code analysis to fix errors and respond to tickets.

Qualifications

What does it take to join our Internship Program?

  • Be studying a degree in Information Systems, Systems Analysis, IT Management or related, from the 2nd year onwards;
  • SQL Server at basic level;
  • Javascript at a basic level;
  • C# at a basic level;
  • Excel at a basic level;
  • Intermediate level programming logic;
  • English and Spanish will be differentials;
  • Availability to work 30 hours per week during business hours;
  • Availability for a hybrid work model.
