What You'll Do
As a Channel Re-Sell Manager, you will manage channel reseller partners and distributor partners as a member of the EMEA Channel team to drive significant revenue for the region and be accountable for exceeding your quarterly revenue quota through net new business, as well as from existing customer upsells.
This role involves managing distributors and channel resell partners in a selected region and territory. You will create and drive the strategy with the distributors to create programmatic partner recruitment, enablement as well as go to market strategies for 2nd tier partners.
You will be a team player and have experience working with channel resellers and distributors, understand channel dynamics, using previous experiences to accelerate your partnerships and grow the region.
This position is an Individual Contributor role, reporting to the Senior Director, Channel Resell, EMEA.
Responsibility
- Own and drive relationships with channel reseller and distributor partners in a selected region and country to generate significant resell revenue in the region through new customer acquisition and existing customers upsell
- Develop partner recruitment, enablement, and GTM plan with distributors across that region and country
- Develop GTM plans with managed partners to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Assist your managed partners in driving pipeline generation programs and executing GTM activities and helping your partner reps resell Docusign
- Carry out GTM activities and lead cross functional teams on activities such as onsite training, email campaigns, remote training sessions, webinars, and events
- Generate resold revenue and assist partner sales teams to close deals
- Handle pipeline generation and revenue forecast reporting
- Leverage existing relationships at partners to influence decision makers, increase mindshare, and accelerate engagement from partners
- Assist partners with product positioning, configuration, demonstrations, sales strategy, and closing deals
- Forge strong Docusign-internal relationships with key managers and stakeholder support organizations in a multifaceted and growing environment to ensure the right people are connected at the right time
Job Designation
Remote: Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the time.

What You Bring
Basic
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Management
- 5+ years of channel or direct sales experience in a Channel Account Executive role or a quota-carrying equivalent role
- Entrepreneurial mentality, with a strong focus on tactical execution
- Hardworking initiative with a strong go-getter work approach
- Italian and English fluency
Preferred
- 2 years of experience in a SaaS company, preferably in a Sales, Business Development or Marketing role
- Spanish advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Excellent teammate who can work collaboratively across the org with various departments
- Travel may be required depending on territory and region coverage
