Remote Licensed Teletherapist (LCSW or LPC) for Mental Health

Job Overview

We are in search of dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Teletherapists (LCSW or LPC) to engage in virtual therapy sessions via a HIPAA-compliant teletherapy platform. In this role, you will provide essential support to a diverse clientele, conducting therapy sessions that typically last between 45 to 60 minutes. Our structure allows for an average caseload of around 30 sessions per week for full-time therapists, with part-time opportunities available to accommodate a gradual transition to full-time status. Part-time therapists are expected to be available for a minimum of 7 client sessions weekly.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual therapy sessions ranging from 45 to 60 minutes
• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients
• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs
• Maintain accurate and detailed progress notes
• Collaborate with fellow team members to enhance therapeutic services and strategies

Required Skills

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP within Virginia
• Ability to obtain credentialing with major insurance providers; candidates licensed in multiple states (in addition to Virginia) are encouraged to apply
• Experience working with a variety of populations

• Reliable internet connection and access to a private, HIPAA-compliant location for virtual sessions
