The Customer Data Integration Specialist (CDIS) is responsible for identifying client data sources, mapping client data to Remarque Systems data ingest engines, and determining critical data points, data thresholds, event triggers, and other events for special handling and reporting by the Remarque System Platform (RSP).
What you'll be doing:
The CDIS will be responsible for supporting customers in the setup of the Remarque System
Responsible for working with product specialists to identifying client data and data sources for intake into the RSP
Assist with recognizing study risks and helps evaluate risk profiles with customer
Actively work to support our customer base for all integration needs
Carry out client engagement, study setup, system design, and development as required by the company
Assist Product Support in monitoring and handling support requests
Provides feedback to the development team on the RSP, especially the data ingest toolsets
Provides interaction with customer in a manner that supports the company’s culture, mission and values.
You'll need this to be considered:
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Math, Engineering or similar field
5+ years’ experience working with clinical data information technology and trial execution, including but not limited to experience with clinical trial protocol development, study risk analysis, data management, and trial monitoring
Understanding of SQL required to enable building of custom metrics where needed
Ability to communicate well with customers and Remarque colleagues
Demonstrated technical aptitude and the ability to learn new technology quickly, proficiency with general computer hardware and software
Demonstration of technical, quantitative, analytical skills
Experience in a role exhibiting excellent written and oral communications and has effective interpersonal skills
A disciplined self-starter an excellent team player, collaborative and able to encourage effectiveness and efficiency
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization
