Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to focus on the German market, specifically targeting clients in the semiconductor manufacturing sector. This role requires a deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, particularly the wet and gas processes involved in production. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and experience managing relationships with semiconductor manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our client base in the semiconductor manufacturing sector.
  • Identify and engage potential clients with a focus on those involved in the wet and gas processes of semiconductor production.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at semiconductor manufacturing companies.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth within the semiconductor industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and to drive product development initiatives.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote our products and services.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in business development, ideally within the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
  • Native German language and good command of English (B2/C1).
  • In-depth knowledge of semiconductor production processes, specifically wet and gas processes is essential.
  • Existing relationships with semiconductor manufacturers is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive approach to client engagement.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and events (personal vehicle preferred; compensation provided).
