We're looking for an experienced IT Manager to take ownership of our IT infrastructure, ensuring efficient hardware and software management while maintaining top-level security. From managing Apple devices to optimizing our identity and cybersecurity systems, you will play a key role in shaping the IT strategy that supports our company's growth and success.
As a Senior IT Manager (m/f/x) at UP42, you'll oversee the IT infrastructure and ensure systems run smoothly and securely. Your day involves collaborating with teams to address strategic IT needs, optimizing our software and hardware tools, and maintaining a robust security environment. You'll also lead initiatives to improve our IT processes and support business growth while ensuring seamless employee onboarding and system efficiency.

What you will do:
Oversee and manage the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance of hardware, software, and networks.
Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols using tools like Sophos, ensuring a secure environment for our global team.
Manage and optimize Apple devices through Apple Business Manager and Jamf, ensuring efficient deployment and support.
Collaborate with HR and Operations to streamline onboarding/offboarding processes, managing access through OneLogin and setting up necessary devices.
Lead strategic IT projects that enhance system scalability and support company growth.
Troubleshoot and resolve high-level IT issues, providing proactive solutions to minimize downtime.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure IT support aligns with business objectives and operations.
Stay ahead of IT trends, identifying and implementing new technologies that will improve our infrastructure as the company scales.
