Programme/Project Controller at Telespazio Belgium

On behalf of the European Space Agency, we are looking for a highly skilled Programme/Project Controller to work in ESTEC, in the Netherlands.

What is expected from you:

The successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to:

• Specific responsibility for controlling and reporting all aspects, resolve issues implement corrective actions of a busy Division covering:
• Contribution to a continuous process improvement, regular interfacing with line management, stake holders, dedicated Service Providers, following up specific actions, and performing analysis.
  
• Technology;
• Laboratories;
• TEC Activities;
• Manpower planning;
• Travel budget planning;
• Responsibility on reporting progress and end of year budget landing point predictions on a selected Program at Department Level;
• Will also contribute to a continuous process improvement, regular interfacing with line management, stake holders, dedicated Service Providers.

What you offer:

• Good command of English – written and oral. Quick learner, diligent and accurate.
• Able to work autonomously and with initiative whilst remaining a team player Service orientated.
• Familiarity with SAP
• Proficiency in MS Excel a ‘must’.
• Knowledge of contract procurement process
• Knowledge of project control methods and calculating Milestone Payment Plans
• Knowledge of preparing Power BI reports would be beneficial

Where:

You will be working within ESTEC, the European Space Agency’s offices in the Netherlands as a contractor for Telespazio Belgium. We don’t expect the employees to be on-site full time however you will still have to relocate to the Netherlands for this position.
