As the Product Manager (f/m/x), you'll be responsible for aligning the product strategy on a full ecosystem of vertically integrated products - including heat pumps, all-electric systems, thermostats and cooling devices among others. You will be instrumental in driving the transition to eco-friendly home-heating solutions.

  • Act as the central hub, integrating the needs of German customers, operations, installers, regulations and other stakeholders into the development process.

  • Leverage user research to understand the voice of the customer and identify trends in sustainable home energy solutions in Germany.

  • Define and implement product requirements for Quatt's entire home-heating solutions ecosystem, with a specific focus on meeting German market needs and regulations.

  • Work with local teams in Germany and all necessary stakeholders, to ensure compliance with safety standards and certifications.

  • Partner with engineering teams to ensure product features meet technical feasibility, performance goals and German safety standards.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the German sustainable home energy market. This includes understanding the dominance of existing heating systems (e.g. gas), technologies and consumer preferences.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling product messaging, launch strategies and go-to-market plans specifically tailored for the German market.

  • Support the organisation of pilots and proofs of concept to facilitate the introduction of the products in the German market.

  • Capitalise on knowledge and build lessons learned to facilitate future expansions in other countries.
