Our business unit ‘Strategic Partnerships’ focuses on high-growth markets (i.e. OPM providers, test providers, pathway providers, etc) and is looking for a Senior Campaign Manager to join our mission. 

Business Unit Strategic Partnerships at Studyportals focuses on high-growth markets (i.e. OPM providers, test providers, pathway providers, etc.) and is responsible for the sale and post-sale customer relationship management for our strategic partnerships with those (mostly global) organisations. Excellent communication with the client will be your and your team's number one priority. 

What you will be doing

  • Supporting the full cycle of the client journey – strategic partnerships with primary focus on online student engagement and recruitment – including: implementation, monitoring and optimisation, client consulting, enrolment verification, partnership renewal, and so forth
  • Ensuring the continuation and growth of the relationship with your clients in close collaboration with a senior account manager, taking on sales responsibility where required. 
  • Developing lasting relationships with the partner’s representatives to better fulfil their needs and strategic objectives. 
  • Using a variety of tools to manage the daily workload 
  • Reporting directly to the Business Unit Director ‘Strategic Partnerships’

Requirements

  • Based in The Netherlands and in possession of the relevant work-permits 
  • Preferably in the possession of a university degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Industrial Engineering (or any other relevant field) 
  • Having a minimum 2 years of work experience, ideally in an analytical and/or client-facing role such as customer service/ account management 
  • Excellent or native level of English (both written and spoken), with good communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong in working with MS Excel: experienced and confident working with functionalities such as the vlookup function and pivot tables. You ideally like numbers 
  • Good prioritisation skills and working under pressure 
  • Eager to learn: keen on developing yourself both professionally and as an individual 
  • Detail-oriented with notable analytical and critical thinking skills 
  • Having a proactive mindset and get energy from solving problems 
  • Experience with digital marketing is a big plus 
  • Experience within the international education industry is another big plus 
  • Able to get in the shoes of prospective international students 
  • A team player, comfortable with an international environment, committed to both hard work and fun
