Hours:

    Monday 6PM-2AM

    Saturday 10AM-6PM


The Operations Support Clerk 

Here are some of the activities you will be expected to perform:

The position is our first point of contact with our customers and their carriers. They provide critical shipment status information to our customers, carriers and our operations rating team. 

Principle accountabilities and or duties:

  • Tracking and tracing shipments across multiple online platforms
  • Manage incoming documents through ECM and e-mail
  • Dispatching shipment to preferred parties
  • General office administrations such as scanning, faxing, filing, data-entry.                                   
  • Communicate through email with customers, carriers on shipment status
  • Answering and forwarding phone and email communications to the correct individuals, sorting and distributing emails                                                                                                           
  • All other duties as assigned


Key Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma is required 
  • Minimum of 1 year in an administrative customer service role.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite of products – in particular Word, Excel, database skills, Internet searching skills. 
  • Strong communication skills – English verbal and written is required
