Job Overview

We are thrilled to invite applications for the position of Elementary School Special Education Case Manager/Teacher to enrich our dedicated team! This full-time remote role is essential in providing tailored support to students with a wide range of learning needs while fostering collaboration with families and faculty to enhance educational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized support and services to students with learning, mental, emotional, or physical disabilities.
  • Partner with an IEP team to design and execute comprehensive education plans, engaging with families and educational staff.
  • Oversee the implementation of individualized education plans across diverse learning environments.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of plans to ensure adherence and assess the positive impact on each student.
  • Deliver evidence-based instruction in both individual and group settings, aligning with curriculum and IEP objectives.
  • Conduct assessments for special education eligibility and ongoing evaluations.
  • Guide, oversee, and assess the performance of paraprofessionals as necessary.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and caregivers to address pertinent concerns and issues.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the school district that align with this role.

Required Skills

  • A valid New Hampshire license and certifications are mandatory.
  • Proven experience as a Special Education Teacher with active involvement in IEP teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage diverse tasks effectively.
