Job Overview

Join our dedicated team as a Remote Massachusetts Outpatient Mental Health Therapist and contribute to enhancing mental health services in the community from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive mental health assessments and create tailored treatment plans.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation, including treatment reviews and case notes.
  • Provide exceptional client care while collaborating with a diverse and dynamic team to fill gaps in community mental health services.
  • Employ innovative and evidence-based interventions to assist clients in achieving their personal goals.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation for each session in accordance with company policies.
  • For full-time clinicians, sustain a minimum caseload of 25 client sessions weekly.
  • Coordinate with other professionals, including case managers and healthcare providers, as necessary.
  • Engage actively in clinical team meetings and ongoing professional training.

Required Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capacity to maintain professional boundaries with clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
  • Comfortable engaging with a diverse clientele.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a behavioral science or a related area from an accredited institution.
  • Preference will be given to candidates possessing an independent clinical license (LICSW/LMHC) in Massachusetts. Candidates with relevant outpatient therapy experience are also encouraged to apply.
  • Proven experience in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining clinical case notes.
  • Must successfully pass a background check.
