Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Developer & Designer with expertise in Angular and a passion for creating user-centric designs. In this role, you’ll lead the development and design of intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences. This position is ideal for someone who excels in front-end development while having a keen eye for design, usability, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and prototyping of responsive UIs, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and UX principles.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Architects to translate design requirements into actionable implementation plans.
  • Build technical solutions that meet production standards and integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems.
  • Develop reusable design systems and component libraries for consistent user experience across projects.
  • Build, test, and maintain dynamic web applications using Angular.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to validate design decisions with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to ensure design aligns with business goals.
  • Work closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs smoothly into the UI.
  • Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and iterate designs for continuous improvement.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize application performance across multiple devices.
  • Take ownership of designated project components, estimate tasks, and adjust timelines when needed.
  • Create and maintain project maps to guide implementation.
  • Proactively identify risks, optimization opportunities, and ensure project quality through rigorous testing.

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Angular (v15+), HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Proven experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio showcasing user-centric interfaces.
  • Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and strong knowledge of design principles like typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Experience with usability testing, A/B testing, and iterative design based on user feedback.
  • Knowledge of reusable components and D.R.Y. development practices.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive/adaptive design.
  • Strong knowledge of front-end performance optimization and Git version control.
  • Bonus: WordPress experience, with the ability to migrate WordPress applications into an Angular tech stack.

Work Location and Travel Requirements:

  • This is a remote position and requires a 4-hour overlap with US schedule.
  • A strong team collaboration mindset is essential.
