Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, 5+ years of experience in commercial and/or process improvement, Expertise in problem-solving, Deep understanding of Lean principles, Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce.com).
Key responsabilities:
- Lead projects to execute Lean strategy within Sales & Marketing
- Own digital Kaizen board for action planning
- Define and maintain sales Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Drive Lean deployment globally including methods and transformation plans
- Support knowledge sharing and learning platforms
