Position: Clinical Trial Virtual Assistant (VA)
Number of VAs Needed: 1
Hours: 30 hours/week
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities:

Handle medical receptionist duties, including phone calls.
Take down demographic information and assist in patient scheduling.
Communicate clinical trial information (training provided).
Perform daily reminder calls to patients.
Assist in patient scheduling and provide customer service.
Collaborate with the team to support clinical trials.

Skills & Requirements:

Prior experience in a Medical Receptionist role.
Fluent in medical terminology.
Basic knowledge of clinical trials (additional training provided).
Familiarity with EMR systems (preferably Clinical Conductor).
Experience with VOIP systems (Podium preferred).
Strong communication skills with a friendly, sales-oriented attitude.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
