Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (Dutch - English) to join our passionate team and serve as a Dutch Happiness Officer. In this role, you will be the driving force in ensuring our customers have exceptional experiences, embodying our brand’s values and creating memorable interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent our brand and convey our unique personality in every customer interaction by embodying the Strikingly voice and tone.
  • Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service for both new and existing customers via various channels, including email, chat, and social media.
  • Accurately translate our product offerings and all customer communications, including newsletters and lifecycle emails.
  • Build in-depth knowledge of our product and internal software to offer efficient assistance to customers.
  • Foster a positive atmosphere in all interactions with customers and team members.

Required Skills

  • Bilingual proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to adapt to diverse customer needs and scenarios.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and software is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
