Job description

Job Description:

  • Maintains records of financial transactions
  • Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies
  • Assist Accountants and other financial professionals with creating and editing financial documents
  • Recording transactions such as income and outgoings, and posting them to various accounts
  • Create and update expense reports
  • Mainly responsible for maintaining, arranging and safekeeping of the company books and other accounting documents
  • Preparing financial reports
  • Ensure proper accounting and bookkeeping methods are being observed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance or any Business courses
  • Consultancy basis minimum of 6 months consultancy contract (subject for renewal)
  • 2-3 years work experience in accounting or related field
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Able to read and understand technical forms and financial reports
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and bookkeeping software
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
