YOUR MISSION

As an Account Management Intern you will be part of the Glovo Account Management team helping handle one of the company’s  partnerships. You will be liaising with the most popular brands, and restaurants in the city as well as growing revenues for their respective partners.

THE JOURNEY

  • Establish excellent relationships with Glovo’s partners through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement.
  • Evaluate, follow up and build basic reports for partners. Support in actions to reach team goals and company OKRs.
  • Participate in drawing and executing plans, making partners grow through promotions negotiations, marketing activations and menu performance (selling items, AOV, Conversion Rate, cross selling and upselling).
  • Optimize Glovo visibility through marketing actions with our partners (using marketing kits, merchandising, etc).
  • Improve operational efficiency of our partners by making sure we always deliver the best service to our customers.
  • Support your team in various initiatives around operational excellence, sales, partner support, monetization, marketing. 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Availability for a 6-months full-time internship.
  • A first experience in account management or business consultancy is a plus.
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s  or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or similar. 
  • Interest in the on-demand delivery industry. 
  • Ability to work in a high growth and high-performance start-up.
  • Computer literacy; good knowledge of Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
  • Customer obsession.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving, data-driven approach.
