Overview:

The Hiring Data Analyst / Visualization Internship [New Batch] role is crucial in supporting the organization's talent acquisition team by providing valuable insights through data analysis and visualization. Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support hiring initiatives
Collaborate with the hiring team to understand data requirements
Assist in maintaining and updating hiring databases
Support the implementation of data quality and data governance frameworks
Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions
Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Explore new tools and technologies for data analysis and visualization
Contribute to continuous improvement of data processes and workflows
Adhere to data privacy and security protocols

Required Qualifications:

Enrollment in a relevant degree program (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
Basic understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies
