Job description

A Product & Catalogue Analyst plays a crucial role in understanding the performance of products and helping to guide decisions that impact the product's lifecycle. Their responsibilities typically include analyzing market data, tracking product metrics, and providing actionable insights to improve a product's performance and user experience.

Here’s an overview of the Product & Catalogue Analyst position:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Data Analysis & Reporting
    • Collect and analyze product-related data from various sources (e.g., sales, customer feedback, and usage patterns).
    • Monitor product performance metrics such as revenue, engagement, and user retention.
    • Generate detailed reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  2. Market & Competitor Analysis
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
    • Provide insights into how the product can be positioned to maximize value and competitiveness.
  3. Product Performance Evaluation
    • Work closely with product managers and other teams to evaluate the success of product launches or updates.
    • Identify areas for improvement based on data and feedback, and recommend changes to product features or strategies.
  4. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Collaborate with product development, marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure product strategies align with business goals.
