Overview
As an SQL Database Query Apprentice, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's data management efforts. You will be responsible for executing SQL queries, optimizing databases, and ensuring data integrity. This role is essential in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization's data infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
  • Execute SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data
  • Assist in monitoring and optimizing database performance
  • Work on database design and normalization
  • Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot database-related issues
  • Assist in maintaining data integrity and security measures
  • Support in developing and implementing database backup and recovery solutions
  • Conduct data analysis and provide insights for decision-making
  • Participate in documenting database processes and best practices
  • Assist in creating and maintaining database reports and visualizations
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of database procedures and functions
  • Stay updated with the latest database technologies and trends
  • Assist in providing technical support and training to end-users
  • Adhere to data governance and compliance standards
  • Work on ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Required qualifications
