Job description

The Sales Support Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with clients and vendors. This role involves managing daily tasks, collaborating meetings and handling various administrative duties to support the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate dedicated time to respond to emails and generate new 'To-Dos' as required.
  • Review and complete To-Dos.
  • Follow up on all outstanding items from Vendors.
  • Monitor the Awaiting Materials Queue and update tickets as necessary (hardware orders, renewal certificates, etc.).
  • Follow up on all outstanding items from Clients.
  • Generate UPS labels as required.
  • Manage and maintain sales data and CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
  • Generate and analyse reports on sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support sales team with order processing, invoicing, and pricing.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales tools and technologies
  • Provide ongoing support to sales team, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Support in reparation of sales presentations and materials for customer meetings.
  • Work with various internal teams, such as marketing and finance, to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 5-7 Years of experience as Sales Support Administrator
  • Support Sales Account Managers/Account Executives
  • Provide new hardware/software quotes using Quote Werks (QW) for direct contact quotes and quotes from Account Managers
  • Process orders within the Autotask database, update client information, update OPP/Ticket with order information and status
  • Run AT reports for Account Managers/Clients
  • Manage new licenses in SP database
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Create new client sites within SharePoint and maintain
  • Handle any customer issues, billings, return of equipment
  • Liaison between Help Center, Sales and Customers, Accounting and Project Manager
  • Register deal opportunities with HP, Meraki, Cisco and StorageCraft
  • Process vendor spiffs
  • Assist in Forecasting, helping to ensure opportunities are updated and accurate
  • General HubSpot administration as required, helping to ensure contacts and status are updated and accurate
  • Assisting Account Executives in some prospecting, pulling lists from ZoomInfo and adding them to HubSpot for campaign launch
