Role Description:

We are looking for Senior Graphic Designers and Junior Graphic Designers to work on full-time retainer projects for our clients. The selected candidates will design engaging visuals for branding, social media posts, reels, banner and various marketing campaigns, ensuring creativity and innovation in every project.

Responsibilities:

Content Design: - Design visually stunning layouts and graphics for social media posts, reels, and marketing creatives.
Adaptability: - Tailor designs to fit different project requirements and client needs across various industries.
Collaboration: - Work closely with copywriters and other team members to produce cohesive, high-quality visuals.

Duration: - Retainer contract for 3-6 months with 8 hours of commitment per day.

Qualified candidates should possess:

- For Senior Graphic Designers: - 8-10 years of relevant experience in social media and marketing design.

- For Junior Graphic Designers: - 4-7 years of relevant experience.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).

- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media and marketing designs.

- Preferably someone with prior experience working in an advertising agency.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Keen eye for design aesthetics and attention to detail.
