Junior Talent Acquisition Partner

Remote - South Africa

The role: You will work with a fast-growing European B2B tech startup specialising in blockchain solutions for financial services institutions, banks, and supply chain companies. With over $30 million in funding from leading venture capital firms, the team is passionate, driven, and committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions to customers and leading the blockchain revolution.

Position: Talent Acquisition Partner

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be a key driver in scaling our client’s team by identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent. You will work closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to develop and implement strategies that align with the company’s goals, ensuring a seamless recruitment process and a strong candidate experience. This role is critical in building a diverse and high-performing workforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy: Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to each role and department.

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.

  • Sourcing: Proactively source passive candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and referrals.

  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on recruitment needs, providing updates and insights throughout the hiring process.

  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a high level of candidate experience, delivering timely and constructive feedback throughout the process.

  • Data-Driven Recruitment: Utilise data to track key recruitment metrics, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimise the recruitment process.


Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a strong focus on full-cycle recruitment.

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with recruiting for roles in a B2B/SaaS/Blockchain environment is a plus.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Sourcing Expertise: Proficient in utilizing various sourcing tools and techniques to identify and attract top talent.

  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other relevant recruitment technologies.

  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyse recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Problem Solver: Proactive in identifying challenges and finding solutions to enhance the recruitment process.

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
