Job Title: Content Creator Recruiter
Location: Remote (EEST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 1200 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EEST)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Content Creator Recruiter to identify and recruit freelancers to fill key roles in our video creation process. The ideal candidate will be experienced in sourcing talented creators, such as thumbnail artists, scriptwriters, voiceover artists, video editors, and quality controllers, from freelance platforms and niche communities. This role requires innovative sourcing strategies, an ability to assess candidates effectively, and a passion for assembling high-quality teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit freelancers for roles including Thumbnail Artists, Scriptwriters, Voice Artists, Video Editors, and Quality Controllers.
  • Leverage freelance platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com, and explore niche communities like Behance and Discord.
  • Implement a strategy to find, screen, and test creators, evaluating their skills through sample projects.
  • Forward top-performing candidates to the internal team for final review, and over time, make independent selections.
  • Continuously improve sourcing techniques, stay updated on new platforms, and enhance the recruitment process.
  • Maintain organized records of potential candidates and ongoing recruitment efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruiting freelancers or content creators.
  • Familiarity with freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.) and niche communities for creative talent.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitments simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make high-quality recruitment decisions.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with YouTube or content creation.
  • Passion for recruiting and building creative teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage recruitment strategies without specific guidelines.
  • Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple recruitment tasks at the same time.
