Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who can take the consumer experience and engagement to a next level at Kimberly-Clark, benchmarking with the best-of-the-best in the industry.

  • Responsible to drive purposeful consumer experience with unique value proposition, working directly with the EM (Enterprise Markets) Sectors (Adult, feminine care AFC and Baby, child care BCC) to unlock more business impact

  • Partner with the sector leads to build new capabilities in Consumer Experience Roadmap, Consumer Engagement Enhancement, content, PESO planning and Brands.com.

  • Build a strong regional team internally within KC and externally with agency partners.

  • Collaborating with the EM sector team on new commercial programs and campaigns.

  • Advocating for the consumer perspective to enhance and refine campaigns using consumer data, 0PD/1PD, CRM programs, and past campaign results.

  • Partnering with sector agencies to create high-quality content, including digital content tailored to markets and specific purposes.

  • Taking ownership of the EM brands.com for each category in conjunction with the DTS team.

  • Leading the PESO PLANNING process for the Sector

  • 10-15 years of extensive experience in consumer experience and
    engagement across various markets.

  • Proven track record of success in driving purposeful consumer experience
    with unique value proposition and differentiated experience.

  • Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem and channel orchestration
    between owned channels with paid and earned.

  • Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
