We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who specializes in creating and updating web pages for our global websites. As part of our website production team, your responsibilities will include page updates, content entry, site maintenance, defining requirements for CMS components, conducting tests, and ensuring overall site quality and user experience. 

Your role in our mission

  • Manage Global Websites: Develop, update, and oversee global websites to enhance our digital projects.

  • Campaign Landing Pages: Create and edit landing pages for campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.

  • Web Design & Optimization: Generate innovative ideas and solutions for web design and optimization.

  • Collaboration with Development Team: Collaborate with the development team to enhance our web properties.

  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Work closely with the marketing team and other cross-functional teams on all related digital initiatives.

  • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance and quality control (QA & QC) for digital content, auditing multiple websites.

  • Promotional Concepts: Assist in developing themed promotional concepts that boost brand awareness, increase digital traffic, and enhance community engagement.

Valued skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with several years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment or agency setting.

  • Proficiency in a content management system, with SiteCore experience preferred.

  • Strong background in front-end website design.

  • Demonstrated expertise in CSS and HTML.

  • Experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and familiarity with Google Analytics, along with the ability to analyze and evaluate data (a plus).

  • Familiarity with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Maxymiser) is a plus.

  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua, Marketo) is a plus.

  • Working knowledge of Photoshop or similar graphical software.

  • Must be a collaborative team member who can follow project directives while also working independently.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment that demands strong project management, multitasking abilities, and meeting tight deadlines.

  • Skilled in collaborating and working effectively within large, complex organizational structures that are subject to rapidly changing requirements and priorities.
