Position: Documentation Specialist
 
ARRISE is seeking a skilled and motivated Documentation Specialist to join our dynamic and challenging projects. We are looking for a passionate, innovative, and results-oriented professional with a deep commitment to success.
 
Required Competencies:
 
Professional Skills:
  • Experience: 2+ years in technical writing.
  • Customer Support: Experience in providing customer support.
  • Language Proficiency: High proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Technical Tools: Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, XML, and Jira.
  • Document Creation: Experience in creating and maintaining technical documents.
  • Microsoft Word: Expert-level proficiency.
General Skills:
  • English Proficiency: Advanced reading and writing skills.
  • Learning Ability: Quick to understand and learn new concepts.
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
  • Document Creation: Plan, create, and modify technical documents including user specifications, internal SOPs, manuals, and maintain the FAQ knowledge base.
  • Information Analysis: Analyze information required for developing or updating policy, procedure, and form documentation, and reports.
  • Content Review: Review and copyedit content developed by other team members.
  • Subject-Matter Expertise: Meet with subject-matter experts to ensure specialized topics are accurately addressed.
  • Consultation: Work with software and technology experts to review, modify, and revise complex documentation.
  • Needs Assessment: Evaluate employee needs and knowledge relevant to technical documentation.
  • Collaboration: Work with managers and functional team members to simplify instructions and processes.
  • User Experience: Integrate user-friendly content through illustrations, graphs, and infographics.
  • Documentation Storage: Maintain documentation storage structure as per set standards.
