Who we are looking for

We are seeking a DevOps Team Lead to guide our DevOps team, ensuring efficient software delivery and infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps principles, cloud infrastructure, automation, and team leadership. This role requires strategic thinking, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to drive continuous improvement.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Lead the DevOps team, ensuring effective collaboration across development, QA, and operations teams.
  • Oversee CI/CD pipeline implementation and maintenance for efficient software delivery.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
  • Managing and optimizing the infrastructure, including cloud services, to support scalable and reliable operations.
  • Set up monitoring tools and respond promptly to incidents to ensure high system availability.
  • Implement security best practices to protect infrastructure and data.
  • Promote a culture of ongoing improvement, incorporating feedback and adopting new tools and technologies.

 

What You Bring to the Team 

  • At least 5+ years of experience in DevOps, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure management.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI) and automation frameworks (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
  • Proficiency in monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) and incident response practices.
  • Solid understanding of security best practices and compliance standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on process improvement and automation.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.


Now, it would be fantastic if You

  • Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
  • Previous experience in an Agile environment.
