Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, providing assistance via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage of the interaction.
  • Guide customers through the company's products and services, offering tailored support and solutions.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the customer service management system.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the customer service process and achieve collective goals.
  • Stay informed about product information and company policies to deliver accurate assistance.
  • Provide constructive feedback to management regarding customer trends and service improvements.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken; knowledge of English is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and fully embrace a new cultural experience.
