ERG is seeking a project assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support for our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations by efficiently handling various administrative tasks and contributing to the overall effectiveness of our team.    

Job Description:
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractor activities to ensure timely and quality completion of project tasks
  • Prepare subcontractor paperwork and manage and document any change requests
  • Track subcontractor progress and performance
  • Maintain and update project schedules
  • Prepare and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel to monitor project metrics and subcontractor performance
  • Prepare financial progress reports, including developing tracking spreadsheets, summarizing data in Microsoft Access, Excel, and Power Apps, reviewing information, and overseeing reports through the review and distribution process
  • Assist in the preparation of purchase order requests and other project documentation
  • Communicate effectively with subcontractors, project managers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project alignment
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings for subcontractors and clients, including reserving conference rooms, making necessary arrangements, etc.
  • Perform data entry and data management using Navy systems
  • Support the project team with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned

  • Qualifications and Skills:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of three years of experience in project coordination or a similar role
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions/formulas
  • Experience with Microsoft Access or PowerApps is preferred
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Have or be able to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance
