Job Title: Client Relationship Manager
Location: Remote (CST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 3300 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST), flexible hours

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Client Relationship Manager to become the main point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel valued through personalized check-ins and thoughtful gestures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client support requests, showcasing our value through regular updates, and ensuring the smooth handling of client interactions. This position involves collaborating closely with technical specialists and other teams to address client needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and improve the Client Care Rhythm with regular check-ins and reports.
  • Build rapport with clients via Zoom, email, and text.
  • Showcase our value by sharing results and thoughtful gestures.
  • Manage all client support requests, providing status updates and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with the technical specialist to address client needs.
  • Advocate for the clients interests internally.

Qualifications:

  • Based in South Africa or Egypt with excellent English communication skills.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or client relationship management.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems (preferably GoHighLevel).
  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage client needs.
  • Comfortable working with US-based clients and fitting into the company culture.
