How you’ll be impactful:

You will be working closely with our US and EU based User Support team to provide technical support to our employees/contractors located in Israel and abroad. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Procure and maintain equipment for our end users in Israel, Ukraine, India
  • Management of various productivity applications such as Google Workspace, Slack, etc
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures with our local and international offices
  • Work from a ticket queue, providing service and support within targeted SLA. 
  • Respond to escalated tickets, provide in-office and remote support

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • 5+ years in the technical support field, support desk, IT industry
  • Deep knowledge of MacOS and Windows OS. Basic scripting, PowerShell, etc are a plus
  • Required knowledge of remote management and imaging of PCs and Macs (JAMF, Intune, AAD, WVD)
  • Experience maintaining a core suite of corporate productivity applications (Google Workspace,  Office365, Okta SSO, Atlassian, Slack, etc)
  • Experience with hardware (PC and Mac) procurement and purchasing
  • Experience maintaining hardware inventory
  • Basic office IT management. Helping with wifi, TVs, printers, etc
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly. 
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Process creation and documentation experience
