Job description

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a multinational financial services company specializing in online trading who is seeking to onboard a Spanish-speaking Affiliate Manager to join their team.  

 

Position: Affiliate Manager

Location: remote, EMEA region

Work model: remote

Employment type: Full-time, Service Agreement

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recruit/look for new Affiliates/IBs and maintain relationships with  current Affiliates/IBs
  • Maintain/monitor affiliate programs and activities
  • Communicate with clients to answer questions and resolve issues 
  • Search for Affiliate/Traffic networks and negotiate with them to cooperate with the affiliate program
  • Negotiate contracts with new affiliates or renew existing agreements with existing partners
  • Create proposals for new affiliate relationships based on estimated returns on investment (ROI)
  • Monitor affiliate websites for fraudulent activity or policy violations such as spamming or publishing confidential information
  • Review sales reports to determine if campaigns are producing results or need to be improved/discontinued
  • Analyze demographic data and statistics to identify emerging markets and opportunities
  • Coordinate with the creative team in order to prepare the conversion promo materials for Affiliates for specific GEO
  • Write marketing briefs to develop assets for campaigns and initiate new campaign ideas/bonus offers for affiliates
  • Represent company on international events (exhibitions, meetups, seminars, etc.).

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent in Spanish, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
  • At least 1-2 years' experience in an Affiliate Manager role
  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Media Buying or related field is considered a plus
  • Proven experience in Affiliate Marketing from FX brokers
  • Deep understanding of affiliate and partner marketing channels
  • Exceptional planning and project management skills
  • Knowledge of affiliate networks
  • Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with an ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both oral and written), curious and positive attitude
  • Proficiency working with Microsoft Office package (Excel)
  • Ability to travel to conferences and/or team meetings in other locations when needed.
