Now we’re looking for a Content Moderation Specialist from the Philippines, who will be providing consumers all around the world with the best surfing experience possible. You will be responsible for keeping the websites up to date, while always maintaining the quality level to its maximum. Your role is key to ensuring safe surfing for our customers and protecting the company and our customers.

What you'll be doing:

  • Analyze & review video content, making sure it meets our terms of service. This may include sensitive content.
  • Review performer documents, verifying age, consent, and validity.
  • Communicate with creators, relaying important information, updates, and problem-solving.
  • Report on terms of service violations quickly and accurately.
  • Communicate with your manager and team daily to align processes.

What you'll need to be successful:

  • You enjoy helping people and giving exceptional customer service.
  • Previous call center experiences are a benefit.
  • Proficient with computers and web browsers; capable of multi-tasking across multiple systems.
  • Ability to identify and solve problems independently.
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks.
  • Office or Google Suite experience.
  • Hard-working with the ability to work without supervision.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
