Your mission
As the Head of Solutions Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in leading the end-to-end delivery of our innovative solutions to clients globally. You will manage and scale a high-performing team while ensuring seamless implementation, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. Your Responsibility:
- Lead the Solutions Delivery team, ensuring timely, high-quality implementation of our solutions for clients.
- Define and optimize delivery processes, continuously improving performance and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and technical teams to align on customer requirements and deliverables.
- Oversee the onboarding and support of clients, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to delivery and ongoing support.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across client accounts.
- Monitor project progress, manage resources, and mitigate risks to ensure projects stay on track.
- Drive team development, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management for the Solutions Delivery team.
- Analyze client feedback and collaborate with the product team to inform future development and innovation.
- Ensure all solutions are delivered in compliance with agreed terms, technical requirements, and budget constraints.
