In this high-impact role, as our VP of Global Talent Management, you’ll report to our Global CPO and partner with business leaders across our Centre of Excellence (Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards) plus others working across the globe.    

 

You'll architect a talent management engine that fuels Pax8's hyper-growth journey, propelling our business to achieve extraordinary heights in the era of AI, and you will enable our people to achieve their greatest human potential at Pax8.

Compensation:
  • Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $190,000 - $220,000 depending on experience
