Job description

  • This Australian-based company offers over 700 lifting slings and lashing points for multi-directional loading, serving clients across Australia and New Zealand. You will work alongside Filipino and multinational staff from various cultural backgrounds.
  • PHP 30.000 to 45,000 per month depending on experience.

 

Work Conditions

  • You will use your personal computer.
  • Your workstation is set up in a safe and secure location at home with stable and reliable internet, not less than 25 Mbps.
  • 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, Philippines Time, Monday to Friday.
  • Filipino holidays are off.

About the Role

Reporting to the Australian-based Internal Sales team Leader you are responsible for carrying out sales activities to achieve targets and objectives set out in the sling product group business plans and provide administrative support to all other product groups as required.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct phone sales: provide pricing, availability, quotations, and respond to inquiries.
  • Manage customer orders, liaise with Sling, and monitor stock levels.
  • Address customer service issues and documents in the QA system.
  • Manage Sales in the company inbox.
  • Communicate with customers on open inquiries, stock movements, back orders, and issues.
  • Report on market and competitor activity.
  • Follow up on leads and enter them in Salesforce.
  • Process customer orders in SAP, including sales orders, invoices, and returns.
  • Coordinate supply and dispatch of goods with the warehouse.
  • Maintain Salesforce database for Sling products with high data integrity.
  • Investigate stock anomalies with the Inventory Administrator.
  • Review and sign off on order confirmations.
  • Participate in TRW progress.
  • Raise general worksheets (GWS).
  • Track forward orders.
  • Manage Engineering Teams' order and invoice processing.
  • Support TPC, Endurequip, and C&D with sales orders and quotations as needed.
  • Assist with reception duties during breaks and absences.

 
Ideally, you’ll have the following qualifications and experience

  • Over 2 years of sales experience in a relevant industry, including internal sales,      administrative, and sales support roles.
  • Certificate III in Business Sales preferred.
  • Strong understanding of sales systems, processes, and techniques.
  • Knowledgeable in Phocus software.
  • Familiarity with SAP Business One (SAP B1) and SAP R/3.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Understanding of project management concepts and principles.
  • Familiarity with LEAN processes for efficiency improvement.
