THE ROLE
As the Marketing Manager you will play a strategic role in the company's success by developing and executing a winning marketing strategy that will support customer acquisition, retention and cross/up selling within a growing modern Managed Service Provider (MSP)/Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) environment. This is a dynamic role requiring both strategic capability and a willingness to manage the day-to-day activities required.
Schedule:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 9AM - 6PM Rhodes, NSW
- Includes 1 hour unpaid break
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop a modernized Marketing strategy with customer journey thinking, help define the Company’s
value proposition and identify customer entry points with a focus on customer lifetime value;
• Development of key messaging, content strategy and calendar to support customer engagement and
lead generation across all digital channels.
• Develop buyer personas and align collateral to customer pain points and desired outcomes
• Develop a scalable and repeatable lead generation program leveraging digital channels
• Landing pages content development and optimization, website management and social media
activities including video;
• Develop and drive brand awareness;
• SEO/SEM – quality content, retargeting, LinkedIn advertising, AdWords;
• Manage PR activity and events;
• Conceptualizing campaigns, competition, or special offer landing pages; and
• Develop, Manage and Optimize digital campaigns with post campaign reporting for a positive ROI;
• Review analytics to identify areas of opportunity and utilize conversion rate optimization tactics to
maximize performance;
• Development of corporate communications, online resources, and marketing tools;
• Oversee the planning and execution of company events and incentives.
• Innovate and adapt marketing strategies to stay ahead of industry trends and drive continuous
improvement in marketing initiatives.
• Establish and manage a marketing automation platform and other marketing tools
• Develop marketing metrics and digital activity reporting
Key Relationships/engagements:
• Business executives, sales team and staff at all levels
• Customers, service providers and vendors
Experience:
• Previous experience in a similar role. Ideally in IT/Cyber Security professional services.
• Digital Marketing within a B2B marketing environment, including experience in SEO/SEM, digital
content management and campaign management
• Experience with utilizing WordPress preferred
• Outstanding Communication skills with professional corporate language
• Excellent Time Management & Organisational Skills with the ability to autonomously implement and
execute marketing plans
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills - must have a sharp eye for editorial detail and passion for
producing high quality, publishable content
• Strong brand building capability both strategically and hands on in execution
