Job description

This is a remote position.

  1. Social Media Management:

    • Develop and execute tailor-made social media strategies for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
    • Ensure consistent and engaging branding across all social channels.
    • Research competitors' social strategies and outperform them.
    • Generate high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
    • Create a monthly social posting editorial calendar.
    • Design and implement social media campaigns, including promotions and recruitment efforts.
    • Monitor engagement metrics and ROI using advanced tracking tools.
    • Leverage social media to amplify other marketing initiatives.
    • Curate monthly social media posts and visuals.
  2. Strategic Digital Planning:

    • Design organic and paid marketing strategies across social media and email initiatives
    • Develop mobile and geo-location marketing strategies to target local clients.
    • Manage influencer outreach and collaborations to increase brand visibility.
    • Implement video, image, and viral marketing strategies to boost engagement.
  3. Analytics & Reporting:

    • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all campaigns.
    • Conduct heat map analysis to optimize user experience and website performance.
    • Provide regular reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) on social media marketing performance.
    • Offer actionable insights to improve lead generation and sales.
    • Optimize conversion rates through data-driven insights and testing.
  4. Campaign Execution & Optimization:

    • Execute campaigns aimed at increasing visibility and tracking conversions.
    • Optimize social media ads and content for improved engagement and sales.
    • Manage contests, sweepstakes, and other promotional activities.
    • Develop and manage online reputation strategies, including reviews and community interactions.
  5. Collaborative & Long-Term Marketing Support:

    • Train internal teams on content management and social media best practices.
    • Collaborate on copywriting, press releases, and email marketing strategies.
    • Manage relationships with media buyers and external marketing partners.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, particularly in the beauty or retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of content development, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools
  • Ability to create engaging visuals and content tailored to the beauty industry.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 4 hours a day flexible within 8am to 6pm Pacific
