In this pivotal role, you will be a trusted partner to our sales teams and leadership, driving data-driven decisions that fuel business success. You’ll have the autonomy to lead initiatives while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

As part of our Business Operations team, you’ll be central to driving improvements in sales productivity and expanding our reporting and analytics capabilities. What you'll do:
  • Develop and optimize sales metrics, dashboards, and reports to provide actionable insights.
  • Manage and enhance Salesforce.com dashboards, ensuring data accuracy for comprehensive reporting across daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly timeframes.
  • Analyze performance data and deliver strategic recommendations to senior leadership, helping to steer business direction.
  • Streamline internal processes by extracting, analyzing, and leveraging data from various sources, including BI systems and Salesforce.
  • Craft compelling presentations that highlight key metrics and provide clear insights for sales and executive teams.
  • Lead process improvement projects to enhance productivity and support the implementation of cutting-edge technologies.
  • Dive deep into Everbridge’s global markets to support market segmentation, territory development, and customer analytics.
  • A strategic thinker with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.


  • What you'll bring:
  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales Operations within a B2B SaaS company, or a similarly fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with Salesforce.com.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with NetSuite and Marketo (bonus to have)
