Key responsabilities:
- Onboard new clients and ensure documentation is signed.
- Record all client interactions in CRM systems and maintain records.
- Finalize loan documentation and process refinances for AHQ Advisors.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with NZ laws and regulations.
- Promote AHQ and assist in responding to client queries.
