We are looking for an awesome Software Engineer to join our Product Growth team. You’ll be in charge of developing and maintaining software that drive user acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
This is a unique role in the company, where you have a direct impact on Xentral’s growth.
Your TasksCollaborate closely with the Growth PM, Designers, and other Engineers to build and improve features which contribute to the growth of the companyImplement and optimize front-end and back-end components in the software, and on our React websiteWork across the stack and teams. The Product Growth team has a wide breadth of responsibility and high autonomy in what we work on and how we get it done! Identify and address technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the reliability of the softwareYour ProfileYou’re curious, pragmatic, and your prefer fast iterations to shipping perfect code You care about results and impact on the users, and strive for making things measurable You possess strong technical skills: over 5 years of full stack development experience utilizing PHP, MySQL, Laravel/Symfony for backend, and Typescript, React for frontendYou are familiar with writing clean, thoroughly tested code, and you have experience working in an agile environment with cross-functional collaborationYou possess business-fluent proficiency in written and spoken EnglishWe offer
