The Opportunity

The Analyst II, HRIS will be primarily responsible for driving the People Operations strategy and overseeing operations of HR process deployment while driving towards the identified business goals and metrics. This role requires an experienced subject matter expert who can partner effectively with all levels of the organization, lead others, drive results, proactively identify and resolve problems, and make challenging decisions.

Salary Range: $87,280 - $98,190 (LTI Eligible)

How You Will Make an Impact

  • The successful candidate will provide technical solutions for our HRIS platform and ensure internal stakeholder satisfaction.

  • You will also be responsible for recommending and instituting business analysis best practices, tools, and methodology towards standardization.

  • Direct and or participate in optimization projects to help business users realize the full potential of Workday.

  • Serve as an advisor to other HRIS post-production engagements in accordance with your areas of expertise.

  • Build consensus around business processes and design.

  • Lead integration projects for new HRIS and adjacent products, as needed.

What You Will Need to Succeed

  • 6 years of supporting process flow, configuration design, and integration of Human Capital Management systems.

  • Experience serving as a workstream lead on HCM implementations or optimization engagements, from design to deployment.

  • Experience designing, testing, deploying, and supporting integrations

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Experience with Excel and Data Visualization tools.

  • Experience interpreting, manipulating, and presenting People data to leadership.
