Job Overview & Responsibilities:

PT Solutions in Atlanta is seeking an experienced and motivated Digital Marketing Strategist with healthcare industry experience to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage our national social media accounts and develop targeted campaigns for diverse audiences, including patients, employees, and recruits. Your expertise in social media will help ensure we use best practices across all platforms.
We’re seeking a strong communicator with versatile writing skills and a collaborative spirit. You’ll also gather and analyze data to continuously enhance our social media strategies.

 

As a Digital Marketing Strategist at PT Solutions, you’ll play a key role in promoting our services and building lasting relationships with our audience while driving online engagement and business growth.

 

This is a remote role, but must have the ability to travel to local clinics in the Atlanta area regularly and attend quarterly in-person meetings with the Marketing Team at our Practice Support Center in Atlanta.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals for our national accounts consisting of 550+ clinics across 25 states.
    • Plan monthly editorial calendar to drive brand visibility.
    • Create and curate engaging content for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram (brand & recruitment), YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
    • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with the online community to build brand loyalty.
    • Support the development and execution of organic and boosted post strategies, ensuring optimal reach and engagement across platforms. Collaborate with the marketing team to manage paid social campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and optimize content for maximum ROI.
    • Manage online reputation by addressing concerns in a timely, professional manner, fostering positive interactions, and mitigating potential issues. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging while proactively managing the practice’s public image across all platforms.
    • Occasional travel to support sports partnerships and events (example: Tampa Bay Buccaneers)
    • Familiar with SEO best practices to leverage website content from our agency partner to produce short, consumable content bites that can be used in various social channels
  • Website Blog Creation
    • Demonstrate strong content writing skills to produce compelling and well-researched blog posts that resonate with target audiences. Create clear, engaging, and informative content that aligns with brand tone and objectives, while ensuring consistency and creativity across all written materials.
  • Recruitment Marketing:
    • Attend national Recruitment Marketing Conferences and develop targeted social media strategies to drive traffic to our booths
    • Work collaboratively with the Recruitment Marketing Manager to develop targeted social media campaigns to attract candidates and promote employee recognition and retention.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media and email campaigns.
    • Provide regular reports and insights on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Brand Consistency & Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
    • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms, adhering to guidelines and maintaining a positive brand image.
    • Keep abreast of trends and best practices in social media, email marketing, and healthcare to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.

 

Qualifications & Pay Range:

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Window-based applications.
  • Strong communicator (oral, written, and visual) who can work cross-functionally to build engaging social campaigns.
  • Must have demonstrated skill in prioritizing daily responsibilities and crises to handle a heavy workload.
  • Must be able to work successfully in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
  • Fully remote role with the ability to travel to local clinics in the Atlanta area and attend quarterly in-person meetings with the Marketing Team at our Practice Support Center in Atlanta.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital media, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years proven experience in social media management.
  • Experience with Photoshop, Canva or other graphic design applications and video creation tools such as Premier Pro and After Effects to create engaging graphic / video content.
  • Expert knowledge of best practices and cultural trends for Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g. SproutSocial)
  • Expert knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g. Campaign Monitor)
  • Experience with healthcare or physical therapy industry 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment (experience working in Asana preferred)
