Excellent opportunity to join Betsson Group as our new PPC Specialist.

The challenge

As a PPC Specialist you are responsible for the development, management, and optimisation of PPC campaigns for multiple brands across our active markets, generating high-quality paid traffic to our brands, keeping alignment with business objectives and budgets.

At Betsson Group we work with a Hybrid Work From Home (WFH) model, giving you the flexibility of working 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.

You are good at:
  • Set up, manage and improve PPC campaigns (Search, Display and Video) across multiple markets and brands, taking full ownership of our accounts. 
  • Understand and analysing data, generating insights with your observations, identifying opportunities for growth and making data-driven decisions to improve our KPIs.  
  • Be a team player and communicate clearly and effectively with multiple internal stakeholders. 
  • Complete tasks according to agreed deadlines. 
  • Be ready to tackle problems and deal with restrictions and blockers, keeping a creative thinking. 
  • Support regional stakeholders with strategic planning for new or consolidated markets.  
  • Testing mentality – ad copies, bid models, landing pages, user journeys etc.  
  • Innovation – you have the ability to come up with new ideas on how to improve campaign performance, user experience or day-to-day processes.  
  • Provide monthly and quarterly forecasts as well as creating and presenting regular performance reports for key internal stakeholders.  
  • Keep a goal-driven attitude and a strong motivation to learn and develop, also by shadowing senior Managers and Leads. 
Extra awesome:
  • 2+ years of hands-on PPC experience in a similar role, ideally within the iGaming industry, or background in a multi-brand environment 
  • University degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience 
  • Google Ads certified preferred. Experience with keyword research, analysis, expansion, optimisation tools.
  • Experience with paid media, display, Search Ads 360, YouTube Ads.
  • Excellent Excel skills. Self-motivated with an analytical approach to problem solving and excellent communications skills.
