  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the company’s CRM system to maintain detailed records.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service procedures and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to further develop your skills.
  • Propose ideas for improving customer experiences and operational efficiencies.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken; proficiency in English required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in customer service or e-commerce is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software.
  • A positive attitude, adaptability, and excitement about living and working in Greece.
