Job role

 

We are seeking a talented and experienced communication expert to join our team. As a communication expert, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing communication strategies to effectively convey our company's message to internal stakeholders. In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your exceptional communication skills to enhance our brand presence and maintain strong relationships with various audiences. What you will do

 

  • Manage all communication activities around a key strategic area of the business to present and maintain a positive image internally  
  • Develop the communication strategy and plan and implement internal communication strategies about content, tools, channels, timelines, etc. 
  • Develops and distribute templates and materials on various communication channels 
  • Develops and leads an effective communication plan and ensures proper communication for designated projects and activities in line with the overarching corporate communications strategy 
  • Prepares, compiles, and creates content for internal communication, i.e., composing, editing, and producing communications for internal target groups including, but not limited to presentations, scripts, intranet articles, internal wiki articles, e-mails etc. 
  • Manages and constantly improves communications processes to ensure smooth running and every more effective results 
  • Writes internal articles, organizational announcements and develops internal communication presentations, also helping other areas as needed 
  • Contributes to internal events with content from area of expertise and provides support as needed 
  • Contributes to creating flows and communication processes that will lead to the improvement of the service delivery
  • Constantly monitor the communications and prepare measurement reports whenever a communication campaign ends or at the end of the year (e.g. gathering feedback, evaluating campaign success, preparing post-campaign reports and analysis, etc). 
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies used in communication to continuously enhance experiences offered through the communication actions. Innovation ideas and new formats for communication campaigns are expected. 
     

What you bring

 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, Communications, Journalism, or related field 
  • Fluent English written and spoken; German language is a plus 
  • Strong Knowledge of Office 365 apps
  • Knowledge of communication platforms and channels  
  • Relevant work experience in e.g., communications, social media, PR, event management etc.  
  • Over 5 years’ experience in corporate internal communication

  • Experience with a wide range of digital communication tools and channels 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
